Set your printer to Factory Mode- a regime which can perform low-level operations with EEPROM printer. To move the printer iP-series in "Factory Mode" :

1. Turn off the printer, From the Power Electric
2. Click and hold the lifting / resume printing.
3. Switch On again the Power Electric, when you hold Resume button
4. Press The Power Button of Printer
5. And Switch again Resume button at two click, than you see the green Led.
6. Please Reset EEPROM
